Dog and Puppy Warranty

We want you to be totally satisfied and happy with your new best friend, be it a new puppy or an older dog.

Return:
If, within 7 days from the date of purchase, you decide for whatever reason that you and the dog or puppy are not well suited, then we will happily refund the purchase price, minus any delivery charges and fees that applied to the original purchase. Please click here for our Refund policy.

Exchange:
If you want to select another puppy or dog then we will happily exchange it for another one of your choice. If your new selection is at a lower price then we will refund the difference. If your new selection is at a higher price then you will have to make up the difference when we exchange. Naturally new delivery charges will apply unless you are making the exchange at our Kennel.

Most Important:
If you want to return or exchange a dog or puppy, then please call or email Dianne and let her know that you would like to return or exchange the dog or puppy. In order to get the full refunded price or exchange, you must notify Dianne within the 7 days from date of purchase.

If you are bringing the dog or puppy back, we will allow a total of 12 days from that original purchase date for you to bring the critter back. If the dog or puppy is not returned within that 12 day period, there will be a $20.00 per day charge to cover our costs by not being able to advertise it until we get it back. All accrued per-day amounts will be deducted from the original purchase price and you will be refunded the remainder, minus any delivery charges and fees that applied to the original purchase. If you want us to pick up the dog or puppy, then our normal delivery charges for your location will apply for the pick up. Please click here to see our delivery charges. If you are exchanging and you want us to deliver and pick up there will only be a single Delivery charge. Please click here for our Refund policy.

Puppy of the Week - Free Delivery:
If you purchased a Puppy of the Week and received free delivery and you want us to pick up or exchange, then there WILL be a delivery charge. The free delivery ONLY applies to the initial delivery even if you are selecting another Puppy of the Week for exchange. Free delivery only applies one-time to one customer.

We CANNOT, under any circumstances, refund any delivery charges.
